Choose your backing

Decide what plays behind you while you practise and record.

1. In the Record tab, pick With lead or Without lead if the tune has both.
2. Turn Reverb on to hear yourself in a room while you play.
3. Use the band stems to play along with specific parts.
4. The chart and timing stay in sync whichever backing you choose.

Tip. Reverb is monitor-only by default, so your dry take stays clean for the mix.

You will end up with: The right backing in your ears for a confident take.
