The studio and learning a tune
How do I pick a tune?
Open the Studio. You will see the tunes you can play on. Tap one to open its room, where you can listen, read the chart and record.
What does the slow-downer do?
It plays the track slower without making it sound lower, so you can learn a fast phrase note by note, then bring it back up to speed when you have it.
How does the chart follow the music?
Press play and the sheet music scrolls in time with the track, so you can read along without touching anything. Turn it off if you would rather just listen.
Can I learn purely by ear?
Yes, and that is the heart of it. Use the slow-downer and your ears. The chart is there if you want it, not because you have to use it.
